Swedish Massage
Swedish (often called a classic massage) is the most commonly offered massage.
This technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension with long relaxing strokes.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue techniques are mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues such as strains
and sports injuries. This involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to
target inner layers of muscles and connective tissues.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release is a safe and effective technique where gentle sustained pressure is applied
to the connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
Dynamic Resistance Stretching and Strengthening
During this system of stretching, the therapist and recipient actively
work together to help the body become more flexible, strong, and stable.
Trigger Point Therapy
Neurological overstimulation in connective tissue leads to a tightening of the fascia.
Trigger point work focuses on targeting and releasing these painful areas of the body.
Craniosacral Therapy
CST is a non-invasive, hands-on therapy that aims to enhance the body’s own
healing capabilities. CST uses extremely light pressure and myofascial release to ease restrictions in
the bodily flow of cerebrospinal fluid thus nourishing and improving central nervous system functioning.
This process is intended to relieve pain and dysfunction. Craniosacral Therapy is also hailed as a master therapy for
treating injuries to the head.
Hot Stone
Traditional massage techniques applied by hot stones! A very relaxing experience
where waves of warmth melt fascia while soothing muscles and bringing the
nervous system into an even deeper place of healing.
(These techniques can be brought into any standard Therapeutic Massage)
