Comprehensive Massage Therapy


Here at Graceful Hands, my goal is to treat pain, resolve movement issues, release stress, and create healing throughout all layers of the body.

From more standard modalities such as Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue to more focused modalities such as Injury Repair or Sports Massage,  I navigate the nuanced healing process of every client gracefully through a wide range of modern advanced manual techniques.

With each new client I perform an intake and assessment of your current patterns, mobility, and depending on your interests and goals I place together a short-term or long-term treatment plan.

At the end of our treatment session, I provide observations, suggestions, and provide tools/resources to assist and take further your goals.

Services & Pricing

I Charge based on time, not individual service type.

I make sure to give clients a full 60, 75, or 90 minutes worth of actual hands-on work.
In-takes, Out-takes, and setup do not cut into the time of any massage session.
